This is a nurturing space for rest, reassurance, and gentle care during pregnancy and after birth. Sessions are shaped with a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes in pregnancy & postnatally - and always guided by yours & your baby's comfort & safety.
Supportive for easing physical discomfort (hips, back, pelvis, shoulders, legs), calming the nervous system, emotional processing, and helping you feel held and supported through this physical & emotional time of change & transformation. Whether you are in your 1st, 2nd or 3rd Trimester or postnatal (up to 12 months following birth), you’re welcome to visit for your maternity holistic therapies.

Frequency therapy is a deeply calming, restorative addition to your holistic health massage or reflexology, working subtly yet powerfully with the body’s natural energetic rhythms. As you rest, gentle frequencies support deep relaxation & gentle detoxification at a cellular level, helping to calm the nervous system, release energetic stagnation, and encourage the body’s innate healing processes. This private 1:1 retreat offers a gentle yet powerful introduction to Reiki, weaving together foundational teaching, hands-on guidance, reflection, rest, and your full Reiki Level One attunement in a quiet, nurturing space. Held entirely at your pace, it’s ideal for sensitive souls or those who prefer an intimate, supported experience. Your chosen blend becomes an integral part of your treatment, supporting your body and nervous system on a deeper level while enhancing the overall therapeutic experience. You may also choose to take your personalised blend home, allowing your massage to continue supporting you long after you leave the therapy room. At Breathe Therapies, aromatherapy is offered as both a nurturing stand-alone support and a beautiful complement to your holistic health massage. The Aromatherapy Apothecary is a curated collection of handcrafted therapeutic blends, each created with care and intention to support emotional balance, nervous system regulation, hormonal harmony, sleep, digestion, immunity, clarity, and seasonal wellbeing. From calming and grounding to uplifting and restorative, these blends are designed to support you gently between treatments, helping you extend the benefits of your therapy into everyday life. Each oil is blended by Victoria using high-quality essential oils and can be enjoyed at home through simple rituals such as diffusion, bathing, massage, or mindful inhalation.
How to use your Aromatherapy Apothecary at Home
Safety, Precautions & Contraindications: At Breathe Therapies I’m passionate about sharing the benefits of pure, natural & organic essential oils. Used with care, they can be a beautiful support between your therapy sessions. Please read the following guidelines to ensure you get the very best — and safest — results from your oils. 1. General Safety ● Essential oils are highly concentrated. Always dilute with a carrier oil before applying to the skin unless your product is pre-blended for topical use. ● Patch test first: Apply a small diluted amount to the inner arm and wait 24 hours to check for any sensitivity. ● Avoid eyes, inner ears, and mucous membranes. If irritation occurs, rinse with a carrier oil, not water. ● Store in a cool, dark place with lids tightly closed. Keep bottles out of reach of children and pets. 2. Usage Guidelines ● Diffusion: Diffuse for 30–60 minutes at a time in a well-ventilated space. ● Topical use: Follow dilution ratios (typically 1–3% essential oil to carrier oil for adults). ● Aroma Bath: Add a few drops in carrier oil then add to bath water ● Ingestion: Do not ingest essential oils. 3. Pregnancy, Breastfeeding & Children ● Many oils are not suitable during pregnancy or for young children. Always consult me or another trusted professional before use if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, or using oils on/around children. ● Stick to gentler oils (like citrus oils or chamomile) at lower dilutions. ● Labour, birth & postnatal blends created just for you on request. 4. Medical Conditions & Medications ● If you have asthma, epilepsy, high blood pressure, heart conditions, or are on medication, check with your healthcare provider before using essential oils. ● Some oils may interact with medications (especially blood pressure or blood-thinning drugs). 5. Sun Sensitivity ● Citrus oils (e.g. lemon, bergamot, grapefruit) can cause photosensitivity. Avoid direct sunlight or tanning beds for at least 12 hours after topical use of these oils. 6. When to Stop Using ● If you experience rash, itching, headache, or nausea, stop using the oil and seek advice. ● Discontinue any oil that has changed smell, consistency, or colour — it may be oxidised. 7. Disclaimer The oils and blends are offered to support wellbeing, not as a replacement for medical care. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns. 8.
