Welcome to My Therapist Journey
My path into holistic therapies grew from a deep understanding of how profoundly stress, responsibility, and life transitions can affect a woman’s nervous system, emotional wellbeing, and sense of balance. During my years of study and training — including an intense midwifery degree and the realities of working within high-pressure clinical environments — I experienced first-hand the importance of having supportive, restorative practices to help regulate anxiety, restore energy, and reconnect to the body.
Through this period, holistic therapies such as massage, reflexology, and meditation became essential tools for grounding, recovery, and resilience. They offered something that many women seek but struggle to find: space to pause, be held safely, and allow the body to recalibrate. This experience shaped my desire to support other women navigating stress, hormonal shifts, emotional overwhelm, and the cumulative demands of modern life.
After qualifying as a midwife, I went on to train as a Holistic Therapist, completing postgraduate study while working and raising a young family. This combination of clinical knowledge and holistic training allows me to work with women in a way that is both nurturing and informed — supporting the body, mind, and nervous system as an interconnected whole.
At Breathe, each session is shaped around you. Every woman arrives with her own story, symptoms, and needs, and we work together to create a sense of safety, balance, and restoration. My intention is that you leave feeling calmer, more supported, and gently reconnected to yourself.
