Aromatherapy At Home
If you would like to continue your relaxation benefits at home by incorporating the therapeutic oils used in your treatment, please see link below. I will have discussed your chosen aromatherapy oils with you & given you the names & benefits of each, but if you are at all unsure please just get in touch via email. How to use your Therapeutic Oils at home:

Add a few drops to a diffuser/burner (advice can be given if required)

Dilute 4-6 drops in a base oil & add to bath*

Dilute a few drops in a base oil to use as a massage oil*

Add a few drops to a tissue & inhale when needed

Take 2-3 deep inhalations from the bottle (hold bottle a few inches from your nose)**
