Pelvic Realignment

Experience Pelvic Realignment Therapy at the beginning of your therapy time (approx. 5-7mins), a very gentle (no ‘cracking’) and effective treatment designed to restore balance and alleviate discomfort in your hips, back & shoulders. Through gentle techniques & assisted stretches we release tension, build strength, improve full body alignment, and promote overall well-being for a more harmonious and comfortable body. By addressing pelvic misalignment, we aim to restore harmony throughout your entire body, promoting optimal posture, strength, flexibility, comfort and vitality.


Blood Pressure Check (+£5)

Up to 3 BP readings taken within your relaxation time. Monitoring blood pressure aids in maintaining holistic health by empowering individuals to make informed lifestyle choices, encouraging a balanced, heart-healthy & holistic lifestyle (not intended as medical advice).
